Pls send us the image or artfile with size, quantity needed and if any other requirements, we will suggest the best way to make it and send you all details with price.
B) Can I get sample approval before mass production?
Yes, we can make pre-production sample for your approval. Only charge you mould cost and shipping fee (If needed).
C) How Fast Can I get if it's an urgent?
We can rush urgent orders with simple design within 7 days, normal production time takes around 15 days.
D) If I re-order my previously made products, should I pay the mould fee once again?
We will keep your moulds for 2 years counting from your last order time, no more mould fee requires within 2 years.
E) How do you ship my products?
We use DHL, UPS, FedEx etc shipping companies for small orders, Vessel or Air DDP for heavy orders, and we have BIG discounts from them that can help saving your cost!
F) What if I found quality issue after receiving the goods?
Normally it won't as we have strit QC before packing, even if it does, send us the photos and we will remake and send to you FREE OF CHARGE!
